White Glove International ("we," "us") operates wgivip.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site or send us a request, and what we do with it. Short version: we use your details to handle your request and nothing else.
What we collect
- What you send us. Name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the event you're interested in, dates, party size, and any notes you include in the request form, by email, or over WhatsApp.
- Technical basics. IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters). We use these to keep the form free of spam and to understand which channels bring genuine requests.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, confirm availability, and deliver tickets or credentials.
- To contact you about the request you made. We do not add you to marketing lists or automated sequences unless you ask us to.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who sees it
Your concierge and the systems we use to run the business (our CRM, email, and hosting providers). We do not sell your information. We share it with a venue, ticketing platform, or hospitality partner only where that's necessary to fulfil what you asked for.
Retention
We keep request details for as long as we have a working relationship with you, or as long as we need to for accounting and legal purposes. Ask us and we'll delete what we're not required to keep.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies by default. If we add analytics or a pixel in the future, this page will say so.
Your choices
